By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
About Audacious Ewe
Audacious Ewe is an independent UK business offering hand-dyed yarn, knitting patterns, knitwear, notions and related products.

Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your email and delivery address, is accurate.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. If I am unable to fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, I will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.
Prices and availability may change from time to time.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders will not normally be dispatched, made, dyed or made available for download until payment has been successfully processed.
Physical Products
Some products are ready to ship, while others may be made to order or dyed to order.
Where an item is made or dyed to order, the estimated turnaround time will be stated on the relevant product page.
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order or dyed-to-order items, the order will normally be dispatched together once all items are ready.

Hand-Dyed Yarn
Hand-dyed yarn is individual by nature. Colour and colour placement may vary between skeins, including skeins dyed as part of the same batch.
Every effort is made to represent colours accurately in product photographs, but colours may appear differently depending on screens, lighting and device settings.
Where multiple skeins are required for one project, alternating skeins may help blend the natural variations associated with hand dyeing.
Digital Patterns
Digital knitting patterns are supplied as PDF files for personal use.
Each purchased PDF includes 3 downloads. Once you’ve downloaded your pattern, please save the PDF to your device rather than using the download link each time.
If you use all 3 downloads, email sales@audaciousewe.co.uk with your order number and I’ll happily reset your downloads for you.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the pattern for your own personal use. The pattern itself may not be copied, reproduced, shared, emailed to another person, uploaded elsewhere, redistributed or sold.
You may print a copy of the PDF for your own use.
If you experience a problem accessing a purchased file, please get in touch.
Making and Selling Items From Audacious Ewe Patterns
You are welcome to sell finished items that you have personally made using an Audacious Ewe pattern.
Where possible, I would appreciate Audacious Ewe being credited as the pattern designer when finished items are advertised or listed for sale.
Purchasing a pattern does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or sell the pattern itself, its written instructions, charts, photographs or other protected content.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including knitting patterns, written copy, photographs, graphics, branding, logos and other original material — belongs to Audacious Ewe or is used with appropriate permission.
Content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law or expressly allowed in these terms.
You are welcome to share links to Audacious Ewe pages and products.
Website Use
Please do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
I may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, Audacious Ewe or its customers.

I do my best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs and other information on the website are accurate.
Occasional errors may occur. Where I discover a significant error affecting an order, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Knitting-related information and resources provided on the website are intended as general guidance and may not be suitable for every project or circumstance.
