The A Mini New Leaf Beanie is the cutest little sister — or mister — to the much-loved A New Leaf Beanie, designed especially for babies and children. Perfect for matching family sets, it features the same distinctive leaf-stitch colourwork in miniature form.
This children’s mosaic beanie knitting pattern is written in five sizes, from newborn through to child, and for two yarn weights: Light Super Chunky and Super Chunky. The mosaic technique creates striking colourwork while working with just one colour at a time, making it a fun and approachable introduction to colourwork knitting.

Method ~
Knitted from the brim up in the round using two colours and the mosaic knitting technique.
Because the mosaic colourwork is created using slipped stitches, you’ll only work with one colour at a time.
