Description
The Asterism Beanie is a cosy, close-fitting beanie that uses linen stitch and colour to create a beautifully textured, dense fabric — perfect for keeping out those bitter winter winds.
Designed to be worked in three colours, it’s brilliant for using up yarn scraps and playing with different colour combinations. You can also work it in a single colour, use more than three, or make each section your own.
Written for five yarn weights, from Aran/Worsted through to Super Chunky, the pattern also includes the choice of a standard or folded brim.

Method ~
Knitted from the brim up in the round.
The body of the hat is worked in linen stitch using three colours to create a dense, warm fabric.
Size ~
Teen/Adult.
The pattern also includes guidance for altering the circumference and height to create other sizes.

The design is ideal for combining three colours or using up smaller amounts of leftover yarn.
