Description
The December Beanie is a classic double-brimmed knitting pattern with a close-fitting cap-style shape, designed to suit both men and women.
Written for six yarn weights, from DK through to Super Chunky, the December Beanie is worked with a strand of lace-weight mohair held together with the main yarn to create a beautifully soft, warm fabric with a subtle halo.
The simple one-round pattern repeat is worked over a multiple of eight stitches, making this an easy design to customise and experiment with. Instructions are included for both a provisional cast-on and a simpler alternative method for creating the wonderfully squishy double brim.
